The Key Word Crash Course

At one time I tried to teach my clients everything I knew. Through trail and error I found that I was spending for to much time with people to compensate. What did I learn? Time is your greatest resource and it cannot be replaced. This why we should try with all your power to only do those things that buy you more time. In most cases you have to invest time in order to make money, but instead of a small return in your invested time $75.00 or so per hour and never having the time to spend it.

When you learn a skill that once implemented frees you to have more time to live the lifestyle you desire you have a win/win situation The Key Word Crash Course can do this and much more.It will require that you spend time to learn the system, but the system will pay for it self over and over again. You can begin this course and start on your journey to a new lifestyle that gives you the time you deserve for only $1.00 for a thirty day
trial.

The Truth About Habits

We are creatures of habit. We go about our day in a fog; just, walking or running through it without giving it much thought. We excuse our habits as just being the way we are. In most cases, it is others who see our habits before we do.We don't notice them until someone brings them to our attention.

For this reason it is hard for us to develop good habits. We don't really don't know how many bad habits we have. Most of us, myself included do what we do without thinking(we really do have to think about thinking.

This day to day zombie state can become our daily existence. Many of us are unhappy with it; but, we don't know how to change.

There is a myth that any habit can be established or broken in ninety days. The truth is you have to acknowledge the bad habit and then replace it with a good one. Every time you think about doing the negative habit you replace it with the positive one.

Most of the time our actions are in response to something we are experiencing or someone we are dealing with. In most cases, the people we are around and the environment we are in determine the things we do and the habits we develop.

This is why it so important that we become aware of our actions then change them accordingly. What we do in our everyday life becomes who we are. To become aware of our daily action is the first step to change.

Observe and take honest notes of what you do daily, if possible minute by minute. Circle the negative things you did. Some examples would be time wasters (doing nothing or something none constructive, when you have other important things that need to be done. Notice who you were with or what happened to distract you from positive action. Next, look at what you could have done to correct this. The same is true about smoking or any other bad habit. At the end of the week review all of the negatives and replace them with positive things that you could have done instead.

Now, the next week do the same exercise but review your notes daily. Make your positive corrections that next day.

Note:
Dealing with people and environment is a little different and much harder. Unfortunately, we can't always change our environment or the people we are around. But, we can change how we respond to them. Most of the time we don't do this because we are not aware of how they affect us. Many times our habits change when we become aware of what is making us do the things we do negatively. The truth is you can do whatever you really want to do, you just have to really want to do it. Do you want to change? Then try this, it may seem simple, but there is power in the simple.
